Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has today, i.e., October 1, 2021, increased its shareholding in Lumax FAE Technologies Private Limited, a Subsidiary Company from existing 51% to 84% of its paid up share capital. The subsidiary has issued additional 80,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par upon conversion of the loan extended by the Company to the Subsidiary.

Shares of Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 137 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11960 in over 733 trades.
