TVS Motor Company Limited announces resignation of independent director

Mr Prince Peter Rajapaksha Asirvatham (DIN: 00193260) resigned as Independent Director of TVS Motor Company Limited and consequently as member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee effective 20th August 2021 due to his declining personal health in last few months.

Further, in his letter, he confirmed that there is no material reason for his resignation other than stated above.

Shares of TVS Motor Company Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 510.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 524.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50208 in over 2161 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 525 and intraday low of 509.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25786870.
