Veljan Denison Limited Board approves Dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of Veljan Denison Limited at its meeting held today i.e., June 30, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share (i.e. @100%) having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2021.

The above dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Veljan Denison Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.962.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 975.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 170 in over 24 trades.
