Fiem Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 16

The Board of Directors of Fiem Industries Limited has recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 16/- (Sixteen) per Equity Share (Nominal Value Rs. 10/- each, all fully paid-up) for Financial Year 2020-21, subject to declaration by the shareholders of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 21,2021 at 10.30 am.
