Samkrg Pistons and Rings Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Samkrg Pistons and Rings Ltd at the meeting held on 21st June, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company have recommended final dividend of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) per Equity Share for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of Shareholders at ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting.
