Tube Investments of India Ltd board approves fund raising proposal of Rs. 200 crores

The Board of Directors of Tube Investments of India Ltd at the meeting held on 17th June, 2021 has approved fresh long-term borrowing, to meet the Company's fund needs during the financial year 2021-22, of a sum not exceeding in the aggregate Rs.200 Crores, including by way of issue of privately placed secured non-convertible debentures, in one or more tranches.

Shares of Tube Investments of India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1255.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1264.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4753 in over 622 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1270.7 and intraday low of 1213. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5919701.
