Asahi India Glass Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The board of directors of Asahi India Glass Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the recommendation to shareholders for declaration of dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share for financial year 2020-21. The payment is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ASAHI INDIA GLASS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.341 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 339.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9241 in over 713 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 346.55 and intraday low of 338.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3162296.
