Adani Enterprises Ltd forms subsidiary to foray into Cement business

Adani Enterprises Ltd has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Adani Cement Industries Limited ("ACIL") on 11th June, 2021.

ACIL is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 11th June, 2021 and is yet to commence its business operations. The company will carry on business as manufacturers, producers, processors of all types of cements.

Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1601.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1611.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 336513 in over 9772 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1621.15 and intraday low of 1575.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 538935961.
