Lumax Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Lumax Industries Ltd, at their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, June 11, 2021, through video conferencing, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 7/- per Equity Share (70%) of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration.

Shares of LUMAX INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1659.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1632.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3995 in over 608 trades.
