Menon Pistons Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Menon Pistons Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 10th June, 2021 has recommended a final dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Re.1/- each for the year 2020-21.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of MENON PISTONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156799 in over 684 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.35 and intraday low of 24.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4056480.
