Talbros Automotive Components Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Talbros Automotive Components Ltd at its meeting held on June 08, 2021, have recommended payment of dividend @ 20% on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. Rs. 2.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2,46,91,260/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 on the entire share capital of 12345630 shares.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or before October 27, 2021.
