Motherson Sumi Systems Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited in their meeting held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 (Rupee One and Fifty Paisa) per equity share (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
