Jamna Auto Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Jamna Auto Industries Limited at their meeting held today i.e. May 31, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (fifty paisa) per equity shares of Rs.1 each subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
