NACL Industries Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries Ltd in its meeting held today i.e., on Friday, the 28th day of May, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of Re.0.15/- per equity share (i.e. 15% on equity shares of face value of Rs.1/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
