Precision Camshafts Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Precision Camshafts Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended dividend @10% (i.e. Rs. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2020-21. The said dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The said dividend, if approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within 30 days of the declaration.
