Wheels India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Wheels India Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs.1.00 (10.00%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 62th AGM. The dividend, if approved by the members, shall be paid on or before September 02, 2021.
