Dhanuka Agritech Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, has recommended and declared Dividend @ 100% i.e Rs. 2/- per Equity Share to the Shareholders of the Company, subject to approval of Members at ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
