PI Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of PI Industries Limited in its meeting held today i.e. May 18, 2021 has considered and recommended a final dividend of 200% i.e. Rs.2/- (Rupees two only) per Equity Share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend is in addition to interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share already declared during the financial year 20-21.

The above dividend, if declared, by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited / despatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of PI Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2740.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2699.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16120 in over 1507 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2768 and intraday low of 2700. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44207003.
