Rane Brake Lining Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Rane Brake Lining Ltd at their meeting held on May 17, 2021 (today), recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 /- per equity share on 77,29,871 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2020-21 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on, July 26, 2021 (AGM 2021) and the same shall be payable to all eligible shareholders whose name appear in the register of members of the Company as on July 19, 2021 (Monday) (Record Date fixed for this purpose)

The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid / dispatched on August 04, 2021 (Wednesday) to the eligible shareholders.
