UPL Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of UPL Limited at its meeting held today, has recommended dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs.2/- each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of UPL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.691.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 684.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 432210 in over 8840 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 702.15 and intraday low of 680.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 298380866.
