Sundram Fasteners Ltd Board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 3.40

The Board of Directors of Sundram Fasteners Ltd at their meeting held today (Thursday, May 6, 2021) has approved payment of Second Interim Dividend @ Rs 3.40 per share of Re 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The record date has been fixed as May 19, 2021 (Wednesday) for the purpose of determination of shareholders eligible to receive the Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The Second interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on May 28, 2021 (Friday).
