Astec LifeSciences Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Astec LifeSciences Ltd at its Meeting held on 30th April, 2021 has recommended Final Dividend of 15% (Fifteen per cent) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, i.e., Rs.1.50 (Rupee One and Paise Fifty) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 27th (Twenty Seventh) Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ASTEC LIFESCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.1154 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1161.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4517 in over 679 trades.
