Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd at its Meeting held today has recommended a Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 1.25 per share (on fully paid up equity share of Rs 5/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2021.
