Weizmann Fincorp AGM approves name change to Trade Fincorp Ltd

Weizmann Fincorp Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the change of name of the Company from 'Weizmann Fincorp Ltd' to 'Trade Fincorp Ltd' and accordingly consequential amendment in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
