India Nippon Electricals Ltd board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of India Nippon Electricals Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., 26th March, 2021, declared Interim Dividend of Rs.6.00 (Rupees six only) per fully paid up equity share of Rs.5 each, for the financial year 2020-21.

The interim dividend will be paid / dispatched within the due date to all the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date. The Board of Directors fixed the Record Date as 8th April, 2021 for this purpose.

Shares of INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.371.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 367.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2208 in over 212 trades.
