India Infoline to acquire Khambhat Investment and Trading Company Pvt Ltd

India Infoline Ltd has announced that the Company has signed an Memorandum of Understanding with the shareholders of Khambhat Investment and Trading Company Pvt Ltd (KITCPL), a Non Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India, for acquiring entire share capital of KITCPL subject to necessary approvals.
