NACL Industries Ltd Board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on Tuesday, the 23rd day of March, 2021 has declared Second Interim Dividend of Re.0.15/- per equity share (representing 15%) on the equity share of Rs.1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2020-21 and the said dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

The board has fixed Wednesday, 07th April, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21. Accordingly, the said Interim Dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the records of the Company/Depository(ies) as on the Record Date i.e. Wednesday, 07th April, 2021.

Shares of NACL Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5588 in over 72 trades.
