KSB Pumps Board to consider interim dividend

KSB Pumps Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 3rd quarter ended September 30, 2006 and also consider interim dividend for the year ending December 31, 2006.
