Suprajit Engineering Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Suprajit Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on February 10, 2021, has declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.75 ( 75%) per share of Re.1/- each for the year 2020-21.

The board also fixed Monday, "February 22, 2021" as "RECORD DATE" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
