Shanthi Gears Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Shanthi Gears Ltd have declared an interim dividend at Rs.1.50/- (One Rupee and fifty paise Only) per equity share of Re.1 /- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.

The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend shall be Tuesday, 23rd February,2021.

The interim dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as on Record date in respect of shares held in physical form and in case of shares held in dematerialized form, as per the details to be furnished by the depositories as on the Record date.

Shares of SHANTHI GEARS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.124.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 124.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3651 in over 139 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.1 and intraday low of 120.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 453475.
