Minda Industries Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.35

The Board of Directors of Minda Industries Ltd have approved and declared an interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.35 per share i.e. 17.50% on 27,19,28,704 equity shares (face value of Rs. 2 each) for the financial year 2020-21.

The Board has fixed Tuesday, 16 February, 2021, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend.
