PI Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The board of directors of PI Industries Ltd at its meeting held on Feb 2, 2021 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs.3 per share (i.e. 300%) on the Equity Shares of the Company carrying face value of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2020-21 and the same shall be paid on or before March 01, 2021.

The Company has fixed February 12, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of PI Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2064.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1999.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31124 in over 4773 trades.
