Sundaram-Clayton Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

At the meeting of the board of directors of Sundaram-Clayton Ltd held today, the board declared an interim dividend, for the financial year ending 31st March 2021, at the rate of Rs. 15 per share (300%) on 2,02,32,085 equity shares of Rs.5/­ each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 30.35 Cr.

The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after 9th February 2021, to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 6th February 2021, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose.

Shares of SUNDARAM-CLAYTON LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3160 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3113.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 212 in over 109 trades.
