Exide Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of directors of Exide Industries Ltd have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.00 (200%) per Equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2020-21 and the interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration.

The board of directors have fixed Saturday, 6th February, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
