Menon Bearings Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The board of directors of Menon Bearings Ltd have declared interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share (i.e.150% of paid up share capital of the Company) of face value Re.1/- each.

The Board of Directors confirmed Thursday, 4th February, 2021 as record date for determining the eligible shareholders who will be entitled to the said Interim Dividend.

The said Interim Dividend will be credited/dispatched to the shareholders from Thursday, 11th February, 2021 to Thursday, 18th February, 2021.
