NALCO board to consider buyback proposal on Jan 27, 2021

A Meeting of Board of Directors of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) will be held on Wednesday, the 27th January, 2021 to consider the proposal for Buy Back of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

The trading window for dealing in securities is already closed since 01.01.2021 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 is made public.
