Radio Mirchi enters into arrangement with Dubai based radio broadcaster

Entertainment Network (India) Limited has entered into a Brand and Content Licensing arrangement with a Dubai based radio broadcaster - Dolphin Recording Studio LLC ('DRS') to use the Company's trademarks and content. DRS operates Hindi / Urdu language radio station currently branded as 'Suno FM'. It will now be rebranded as 'Radio Mirchi'/'Mirchi' on mutually agreeable terms and conditions. Both the parties are in the process of signing a Long Form Agreement which is expected to be completed by February 28, 2021.

Shares of ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.167.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5659 in over 248 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173.25 and intraday low of 166.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 954612.
