JBM Auto Ltd forms subsidiary JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited

JBM Auto Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company "JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited" as approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") vide certificate of incorporation dated o6 January, 2021.

The incorporation of JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving Emobility / Electric Vehicles Segment including e-buses etc. and will help the Company in becoming more agile and customer-focused.

Shares of JBM AUTO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.286.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 278.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12653 in over 824 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 292.7 and intraday low of 274.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3617229.
