Jaipan Industries to reconsolidate shares, calls for EGM

Jaipan Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 10, 2006, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. To Consolidate the Face Value of the Equity Share of the Company from Rs 1/- to Rs 10/-.

2. To Call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Share Holders of the Company on November 03, 2006.

3. The Board will make the necessary formalities and issue Notice to Share Holders of the Company.
