Pricol Limited allots 2,70,84,777 Rights Equity Shares at Rs. 30 per share

The Rights Issue Committee of Pricol Limited, at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 25th December 2020, has considered and approved the allotment of 2,70,84,777 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 30 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 29 per Rights Equity Share) ("Allotment").

The company has raised an amount aggregating upto Rs. 8125.43 Lakhs through issue of 2,70,84,777 Equity Shares of Rs. 1 each of the Company ("Rights Equity Shares") at a price of Rs. 30.

Pursuant to the aforesaid Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 1,218.82 Lakhs from Rs. 947.97 lakhs.

Shares of Pricol Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.47.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30197 in over 360 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.4 and intraday low of 47.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1457182.
