Hindustan Aeronautics Limited board recommends 1st interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited at its meeting held today, the 9th December, 2020, has declared first interim dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up (150%) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The record date for the payment of interim dividend will be Saturday, the 19th December, 2020.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.878.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 864.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 106405 and the deliverable quantity was 55863.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 894.40 and intraday low of Rs. 872.85.
