Hindustan Aeronautics Limited board to consider first interim dividend on Dec 9, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 9th December, 2020, to consider, the declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st December, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the meeting.
