Insecticides India Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Insecticides (India) Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2020, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The record date for the purpose of determining for entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday 20th of November 2020 and the Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders, subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes, within the time prescribed under law.
