Eicher Motors Ltd reports 11.9% YoY growth in October 2020 sales of Trucks and Buses

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of October 2020. The company has sold 4200 vehicles during October 2020, as against 3755 in October 2019 registering a growth of 11.9% YoY.

The company has sold 4130 Eicher Trucks and Buses in October 2020, as compared to 3681 in October 2019, higher by 12.2% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 3815 units in October 2020, 15.3% higher as against 3309 units in October 2019. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses dropped 15.3% YoY to 315 units in October 2020, as compared to 372 units in October 2019.

The company has sold 70 Volvo Trucks during October 2020, a drop of 5.4% YoY as against 74 units in October 2019.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2083.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2134.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48210 in over 2257 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2140 and intraday low of 2054.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100767511.
