Vajra Granites allots equity shares on preferential basis

Vajra Granites Ltd has announced that pursuant to the special Resolutions unanimously adopted by the Company at its 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on October 09, 2006, has allotted on preferential basis certain equity shares of the Company to the following Allottees:

1. A Hanimi Reddy: 654755 shares allotted

2. A Leela: 461500 shares allotted

3. A Sudhakar Reddy: 656163 shares allotted

4. L Vijaya Laxmi: 131082 shares allotted
