Vedanta Ltd board to announce Q1 results on Oct 3, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The Trading Window shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till the declaration of financial results for second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
