The Board of Directors of GMR Infrastructure Limited ('the Board') at its meeting being held on Thursday, August 27, 2020, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 2020, the Board would also consider raising of funds of up to Rs. 5000 Crore in one or more tranche(s), through issue of securities as an enabling resolution as per the requirements of applicable laws which shall be subject to approval of shareholders.
