IOC AGM approves 125% dividend

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has announced that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 125% on the Paid-up Capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
