Mcdowell & Company Record Date for Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Mcdowell & Company Ltd has announced that October 26, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the names of shareholders of the Company, who shall be eligible for the Equity Shares of McDowell India Spirits Ltd (MISL) as per the Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Courts of Karnataka and Bombay.
