Jet Airways (India) Limited receives two resolution plans

The CoC had approved the issue of Invitation of Expression of Interest Round IV in its 11th CoC meeting dated May 06, 2020 and the RP had published the brief particulars of invitation of resolution plans in Form G in accordance with section 25(2)(h) of the Code read with Regulation 36A(5) of the CIRP Regulations on May 13, 2020.

Pursuant to said invitation of expression of interest and resolution plans, the Resolution Professional has received resolution plans for Jet Airways (India) Limited from two Prospective Resolution Applicants, which shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors for its consideration.

Shares of JET AIRWAYS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.29.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55540 in over 399 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.25 and intraday low of 29.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1624545.
